The Challenge
One platform for every business type
After building Bokvia for beauty salons, we saw the demand for a booking platform that could serve any type of business — salons, clinics, studios, consultants. But each business has different needs: different services, schedules, languages, and workflows.
The challenge was to build a single platform flexible enough to handle all of this, while also delivering native mobile apps that felt fast and polished on both iOS and Android.
The Solution
Multi-tenant SaaS with native mobile apps
We built Bokvyx as a true multi-tenant SaaS platform. Each business gets their own branded space, but everything runs on a shared, efficient infrastructure. The iOS app is built natively in SwiftUI, the Android app in React Native — no WebView wrappers, no compromises.

The apps are driven by a server configuration system — translations, feature flags, and settings are all controlled from the admin panel without requiring app updates. This means instant changes across all platforms.

Bokvyx is now used by salons across Sweden with full native apps on both iOS and Android. The multi-tenant architecture means each new business gets onboarded in minutes — no custom setup needed.
The server-driven config system with 8 languages means we can update translations, toggle features, and adjust settings for all tenants without pushing app updates. Push notifications and deep linking keep customers engaged and booking.
